Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Rising Creek Construction LLC, a Texas company ("we", "us"), which operates Tread Connection. By creating an account, connecting Tread Connection to an AI assistant, or using treadconnection.ai, you agree to them. If you use Tread Connection for a company, you confirm you can agree for that company.
The service
Tread Connection gives construction companies JobTread know-how and tools that work inside AI assistants: reading your jobs and financial reports, auditing and backing up your JobTread setup, and applying fixes you approve. Tread Connection is independent. It is not made, endorsed or supported by JobTread, Anthropic, Meta or any AI assistant provider.
Your account
Keep your API key, sign-in codes and JobTread grant key private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions your AI assistant takes with the tools you connected. Tell us right away at jakemauldin@risingcreek.ai if you think your account has been misused.
Your data
You own your JobTread data. You give us permission to access, process and store it only as needed to run Tread Connection for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect the JobTread account you connect.
Tools that change your JobTread account
Some tools write to JobTread, such as applying audit fixes or restoring a backup. Review what a tool will do before you approve it. AI assistants can misread a request, and JobTread changes may not be reversible. Take a backup before large changes. You are responsible for changes made to your JobTread account through your connection.
AI output
Answers, audits, benchmarks and recommendations are guidance, not professional advice. They can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that affects money, contracts, taxes, safety or legal obligations before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tread Connection to break the law, access a JobTread account you are not authorized to use, get around usage limits, resell or share access, scrape or copy the knowledge base in bulk, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Membership and payment
Paid tiers are billed through our community platform, Circle, on the terms shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are not refunded unless the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing.
Changes and availability
We improve Tread Connection often and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change these terms. When the change matters, we will tell active members before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
Ending your account
You can stop using Tread Connection and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your backups.
Disclaimers
Tread Connection is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Tread Connection is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Law
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
